- “Grocery Kits” refers to delivering few grocery items for the student’s use in the initial days.
- “Profile Building and Solicitor’s Briefing” means – conducting sessions online which will be beneficial for the students in terms of gaining knowledge and building their profile.
- “Accommodation Assistance” refers to offering student rooms, individual apartments, houses etc
- “Study Tours” refers to arranging Study Tour for enhancing the student’s knowledge and experience.
- ”Career & Profile building Sessions” means conducting sessions online for the beneficial for the students in terms of building the CV, personal brand, various skill for interviews and using LinkedIn.
- "Personal Data" means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
- "Usage Data" is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- "Cookies"" are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

For Post Landing Services, career & profile building sessions or booking your accommodation with us you may need to give further personal information (ex. Birth date, country of origin, guarantor’s details, University name etc) on call or email or other messaging services as necessary.
We are working with advertising networks and business partners (other sources) and may receive information about you from them.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link.

The information given by you shall be used to contact You when necessary.
Deliver personalized post landing services, educational, accommodation assistance and career related services. Only after your oral or written confirmation for opting the services, information will be passed on to our, travel partners for pickup & drop, third party accommodation partners, courier agencies for the delivery of grocery kits & sim card and our career coaches, immigration lawyers or your university or relevant authorities for booking our services.
We can send you details about our services or blog posts and to notify about changes in service.
We uses the collected data for various purposes:

KalonEdu offers educational consulting, post-landing services / support, accommodation assistance, profile building sessions /training, and other academic advisory services. While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee admission or placement outcomes. Services are offered based on availability and applicable criteria.
8. Agreements between Users of Our Sites:
You may use the Sites as a guest, guest user or a registered. Once you liked and intend to buy our service package, you can make an enquiry and complete the booking request form. The google form /link/ QR code is just intended to capture your details, so that we connect with you and brief you about our services. They include your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address passport number, UK address, time, date and airport and city of landing, flight number etc. No payment details are required at this stage and there is no commitment to opt for our services. Our team will then contact you to confirm and discuss and explain the service package offerings. Contact may be made via email, call, WhatsApp.
We will not be a party to any agreement between an Advertiser and a Student. All aspects of a transaction between a Student and an Advertiser, including (but not limited to) the quality, condition, safety or legality of the properties advertised and the ability of a user to enter into a transaction are solely the responsibility of each user. We do not represent, or negotiate, or carry out research on the part of or act on behalf of either Advertisers or Students.
We do not accept any responsibility for the confirmation of a Student and/or Advertiser’s identity. Where a third party (for example an education or travel agent) acts on a Student’s behalf, it is the Student’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the third party. We encourage users to take all such steps as necessary to communicate directly with a Student/Advertiser (as applicable) to assure yourself of the other person’s identity.
By providing your contact information on our platform, you agree to allow KalonEdu to contact you via email/call/sms for assistance, use your name to help others decide on the platform and also send you marketing/promotional content.
9. Information given by you:
You can give us the information by filling the request form at KalonEdu over call, email or at various offline promotional events. The information you give us may include your name, phone number, email id. For booking our Post Landing Services (Support) package at KalonEdu you may need to give further personal information (ex. Birth date, Passport Number, Date and Time of Landing, Flight Number, Landing City and Airport, Country of Birth, University name etc) on call or email or other messaging services as necessary.
10. Fees & Payment Terms
Certain services may require payment of fees. All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of service. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice. The payment will be made by the student to KalonEdu for opting the Post Landing Services (Support) or Career & Profile Building Sessions. Once, the Accommodation is finalized a deposit is to be paid to us or the person/company with whom you’ll sign the contract. At the end of a tenancy agreement, you must speak to the person/company with whom you’ve signed the contract to obtain the return of your Deposit.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see below). Cancellations may be subject to administrative fees depending on the timing and nature of the service. It’s student’s responsibility to make themselves aware about the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
12. User Responsibilities & Obligations
You agree to:
- Use our services in a lawful and respectful manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials, if applicable.
- Refrain from violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Not impersonate another individual or entity.

16.1. Non-Liability Disclaimer for Services Rendered Outside / In any other Countries for any service package / accommodation / or any other services provided by us:
The services provided by us ("Service Provider") in India or any other country are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and are subject to the following terms:
1. No Guarantees or Warranties: We makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the quality, legality, effectiveness, or outcome of services rendered in foreign jurisdictions.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to services performed inside / outside or in any other country / places, including but not limited to delays, non-compliance with local regulations, or third-party actions.
3. Compliance with Local Laws: The recipient of the services (the "Client/ Student/ or whomsoever agrees") acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the services comply with the laws and regulations of the foreign country. We assume no responsibility for advising on or ensuring compliance with foreign legal or regulatory requirements.
4. Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, changes in local laws, or denial of permits.
The services offered by us and availed by students, we shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Personal injury, illness, or death,
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
- Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather, strikes, political disturbances, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control.
By registering / or buying / the package, the participant (and/or parent/guardian/Instructor /Facilitators/Students) or whoever opt the services agrees to abide by the rules and instructions and acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this non-liability clause.
16.2. Non-Liability Disclaimer for Study Tour / any other country as well:
We the organizer of this study tour (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or any other unforeseen event that may occur/ incurred during the course of the tour by any participant, whether arising from acts of third parties, force majeure or in connection with any transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or other services provided during the tour
The Service Provider acts solely as a facilitator for travel, accommodation, meals, and other logistical arrangements, and does not own or control the operations of third-party service providers such as transport companies, hotels, catering services and all other third party services as applicable to avail. As such, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any negligence, misconduct, or deficiency in service on the part of such third parties.
Participants undertake this study tour voluntarily and at their own risk. It is advised that each participant (or their parent/guardian, in case of minors) arranges suitable personal travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, loss of belongings, and trip cancellations.
We shall not be liable for any:
- Personal injury, illness, or death,
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
- Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather, strikes, political disturbances, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control.
By registering for the tour, the participant (and/or parent/guardian/Instructor /Facilitators/Students) or whoever opt the services agrees to abide by the rules and instructions of the organizers and acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this non-liability clause.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KalonEdu, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
If you are a consumer/student/party, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Indian law and you and we both agree that we will lie under court of Pune Jurisdiction.

Refund Policies
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which KalonEdu Expert Pvt. Ltd. ("KalonEdu", "we", "our", or "us") offers refunds for services rendered. By availing our services, you agree to the terms described below.

- Post-landing services charges once paid are non refundable.
- Charges paid to towards any accommodation assistance are non–refundable.

- Government, visa, and examination-related charges.
3. Refund Process & Timelines:
If at all any charges are refundable requests will be processed within 120 days from the date of approval. You will be notified about the status of your request via email.
4. Request Submission & Documentation Required:
To request a refund, submit a written request to info@kalonedu.com with the following:
- Full name and contact details.
- Date of transaction and payment reference.
- Reason for refund request.
- Supporting documents (if applicable).
5. Mode of Refund Payment:
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation Charges (if applicable)
In the event of service cancellation initiated by the client, cancellation fees may apply. These charges will be communicated during the service agreement or at the time of cancellation.
7. Exceptional Cases & Discretionary Refunds
In cases of unexpected hardship, technical errors, or service delivery failures, discretionary refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of KalonEdu’s management.
8. No Refund for Misuse or Policy Violations:
No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse, abuse of services, false claims, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
